Q. What if you forgot your password?
A. Click the person at the top right corner of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Q. How do I use a coupon?
A. After adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box that says "check out". On the next page on the right, there is a box called discount. Add your coupon code and hit "apply".
Q. I want to join your mailing list. How do I join?
A. It's easy. Just scroll to the bottom of any page and in the bottom right hand corner you will see the words "Newsletter Sign Up" and underneath that will be a text box where you can enter your email address to subscribe to our newsletter. We will never spam you and we promise to never share your email with anybody else or any other business. You can always unsubscribe at any time.
